Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AssetScope (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and platform (the “Service”). We aim to collect only what we need to operate the Service and respond to your inquiries.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit a demo or business inquiry, we collect your name, organization, business email, and any message you choose to include. When you are issued console access, we process your account identifiers.
Information collected automatically. Like most online services, we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser/user-agent, pages requested, and timestamps for security, diagnostics, and service integrity.
Operational telemetry. Within the platform, we process equipment condition and telemetry data to deliver predictions. The demonstration environment uses simulated or representative data. Where a customer connects real telemetry, it is processed on their behalf under the applicable written agreement and is limited to operational, condition-based signals.
2. How we use information
We use information to: respond to and route your inquiries; provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service; communicate about evaluations or agreements you request; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service and responding to your requests, on your consent where you submit information voluntarily, and on the performance of any agreement between us.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, and where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of AssetScope, our users, or the public. We do not share inquiry details for third-party advertising.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here — for example, to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, meet legal or accounting requirements, and maintain security records — and then delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including access controls, encryption in transit, audit logging, and tenant isolation within the platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we will respond as required by law.
8. International transfers
We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
